Vikas earned his M. Sc. at the Kurukshetra University, India, with a specialization in Physical Chemistry. Currently, he is working on the development of label-free Raman and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy for structural characterization of therapeutically essential proteins and disease diagnostics.
Ruchi earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Delhi. She is currently working on developing multimodal nanoprobes for biological imaging.
Arti pursued her B. Sc. from Shri Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi, and M. Sc. from IIT Delhi. She is trying to understand how biomolecules interact with nanoparticles through plasmonon-enhanced spectroscopies. She is also interested in super-resolution imaging techniques for probing biological systems.
Dr. Tripti Ahuja received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in chemistry from Banaras Hindu University and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2014 and 2016. She carried out her Ph.D. work under the direction of Prof. T. Pradeep at IIT Madras, Chennai, focusing on single-molecule and single-particle spectroscopy. Along with her guide, she coined the term vibrational tomography to provide a 3D picture of ligand adsorbed on noble metal NPs using surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. She is currently an institute postdoc fellow with Prof. Soumik Siddhanta. She was an assistant professor (guest faculty) at NIT Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. Her research interests include physical chemistry, molecular spectroscopy, single-molecule, single-particle spectroscopy, SERS, and instrumentation.
