Children are taught to be independent lifelong learners through the use of technology and socratic discussion with teachers as "Guides" they also participate in Apprenticeship: experimenting with entrepreneurs, scientists, and community leaders so learners can find a “calling” in life.

Each learner has an Individual Learning Plan with real-time tools to monitor their own progress. Learners lead two parent-teacher conferences per year to discuss their progress. Blended learning and 1:1 technology. Classrooms are “pods” with flexible furniture and five main areas.
