"Learner Driven Community" where learners use technology to create personalized learning paths. Children are taught to be independent lifelong learners through the use of technology and socratic discussion with teachers as "Guides" they also participate in Apprenticeship: experimenting with entrepreneurs, scientists, and community leaders so learners can find a “calling” in life.
This represents “personalization” because students work at their own pace and on their own path.

Each learner has an Individual Learning Plan with real-time tools to monitor their own progress. Learners lead two parent-teacher conferences per year to discuss their progress. Blended learning and 1:1 technology. Classrooms are “pods” with flexible furniture and five main areas.
This represents “personalization” because students set goals and work at their own pace and path aligned to their goals and interests. Teaching and learning is designed with the needs, interests and goals of individual students at the core.
