Autonomous driving platform
SCOUT
Scout is designed as a multipurpose UGV considering various application scenarios. It supports CAN and RS232 communication, and for secondary research and development, it supports ROS and ROS2 (Beta). Additional components such as Stereo Camera, Lidar, GPS, IMU, and Manipulator can be installed on the Scout for Navigation and Computer Vision applications. Based on this, it can be used for autonomous driving education and research, indoor and outdoor security patrols, environmental monitoring, and other purposes.
LIMO(2 units)
LIMO is an innovative multi-mode, compact, and customizable mobile robot that includes AI modules and open-source ROS packages.
This allows educational and research institutions to program and develop AI robots more easily. With powerful recognition sensors and the Nvidia Jetson Nano, it serves as a platform for developing more indoor and outdoor applications.
Autonomous driving sensor
Velodyne PUCK LiDAR
It has a measurement range of up to 100 meters, with the output laser wavelength reaching 905nm. It boasts the highest level of field of view, accuracy, and calibrated intensity. The system includes an interference mitigation feature between sensors and is equipped with enhanced close-range detection capabilities. Based on LiDAR technology, it is commonly used in object recognition and avoidance programs in general autonomous driving applications.
RTK GPS
RTK, unlike conventional single GPS systems, can achieve position accuracy ranging from meters to centimeters. This is made possible by using the carrier wave of satellite signals to calculate the position. Furthermore, since RTK measures the relative position between two points, the positional relationship between the base station and the moving station is important. The error from the base station is propagated to the moving station, allowing for precise measurement of the mutual distance between the two points. Finally, in addition to GPS, RTK can also utilize signals from other Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) such as GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou, which enhances the stability of the signals.
