If you have questions, issues, or feedback about any SmarviaStudio app, contact us at smarviastudio@gmail.com. Please include the app name, your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

Common support topics

1. App data or progress is not saving: make sure you are using the latest version from the App Store and that your device has enough storage available.

2. Subscription or purchase issues: subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple. Open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions to view, cancel, or manage purchases.

3. Restore purchases: use the Restore Purchases option inside the app when available, or reinstall the app using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
