Reflections

This project was very helpful in showing how Arduino , Android and electronics works together. When designing the cart from scratch we spent a lot of time on how the individual pieces should function and where they should be. Implementing them wasn't to big of an issue, but when it came time to create the top level diagram and bring everything together, that was an entirely new experience. Debugging the entire combined functioning was also then quite of a challenge even when the individual pieces were working on their own. Through the debugging process I learned a lot about Arduino and sensors.

This project also taught us the importance of pre-planning and also helped us to push our limits. When it came time to create the design part and bring everything together, a lot more time was needed that was not originally allocated. I am grateful for the advices that TA's and also my friends offered throughout the project as they allowed us to keep working on this project and to prevent it from turning in incompleted parts.
