Challenges We faced and conquered

Budget Constraint

As many of you are already aware, projects often run into three major interrelated constraints: time, cost, and scope. Whichever constraint you face, chances are that it will set you back financially if you don’t get ahead of the problem. So was the scenario with us. Some of our features which we thought initially to make, required some standard resources which due to less budget we were not able to use.

Lack of some skills

As stated above, one major problems everyone faces in a major project is the problem of scope. And getting the required things done in a limited period of time. Initially we thought to implement the follower using raspberry Pi and open CV to increase the accuracy. But after quite a few approaches we realized that its difficult to learn the concepts of open CV within the given time period along with our own college work which eventually lead us to change our thought of process.

Unable to use strong senors

For correct and more accurate sensing, We required some high level sensors which can detect more precisely but due to some money contraints, We were not able to use them and had to make the project using weak sensors only.
