We do not require account registration or cloud integration.

3. Information We Access on Your Device

To provide file management, cleaning, and system utilities, Smart Docs Manager may request access to:

• Device Storage: Photos, videos, audio, documents, APKs, and app files (to browse, organize, clean, or delete files).

• Installed Apps Information: To support uninstall and management features.

• Battery & Storage Status: For device health monitoring and display.

• Advertising ID(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) : For analytics, app optimization, and delivering relevant ads. 

👉 All accessed information remains on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, sell, or share this data.

4. Permissions We Use

To deliver features, Smart Docs Manager may request these Android permissions:

• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 11 and below – file access)

• MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 11+ – broad file management)

• PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS (app usage insights for app management)

• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+ – notifications)

• GET_PACKAGE_SIZE / CLEAR_APP_CACHE (Android 6 and below – app size & cache cleaning)

• REQUEST_DELETE_PACKAGES (uninstall selected apps)
  
  

We only request permissions strictly necessary for core functions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party SDKs for ads, analytics, and utilities:

• Advertising: AppLovin, AdMob, Facebook, Mintegral

• Analytics & Crash Reporting: Firebase

• Attribution: Facebook SDK

These partners may collect anonymized technical and usage data. Their privacy policies govern how they handle that data.

6. Data Retention

• Data processed on your device (e.g., storage scanning results) is not stored by us.

• Third-party partners (ads/analytics) may retain anonymized data for as long as required by their policies.
