I believe that healthy workplaces are built through intentional practice — not performative statements. Real inclusion requires skill. Sustainable well-being requires systems. Conflict, when engaged with integrity, becomes a pathway to growth rather than division.
I bring grounded presence, cultural humility, and structured facilitation to every engagement, creating spaces where people can do meaningful work together — even in moments of tension or uncertainty.
My work is grounded in an integrated framework that weaves intercultural development and trauma-informed workplace well-being — informed by my experience as a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and as a facilitator with the Red Kite Project — bringing these models into practical application throughout community and agency settings.

Workplace Wellbeing
Healthy workplaces require more than good intentions — they require intentional systems that cultivate safety, connection, dignity, work–life harmony, and opportunities for growth. Guided by an integrated framework of intercultural development, restorative practice, and trauma-informed approaches, my work helps organizations embed these conditions into daily operations and leadership practice.

Agencies choose the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) because it provides a research-based, practical assessment of intercultural competence—the ability to shift cultural perspectives and adapt behavior effectively across cultural differences and commonalities. The IDI offers clear, actionable insights that help organizations strengthen leadership, improve teamwork, and deliver more culturally responsive services.
As a Qualified IDI Administrator, I am certified to administer the assessment, interpret results accurately, and guide individuals and teams through targeted, developmental action planning that supports meaningful and measurable growth.

Red Kite Project helps professionals to manage conflict and reduce burnout. The model is different from any other organizational change model because it utilizes a real world, science based approach that has been pressure tested in civil conflict and war.
