With over 25+ years of experience, I provide psychotherapy for teens and adults whose lives or quality of life have been disrupted by anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, chronic pain, or other significant life transitions. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Therapeutic approaches may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and relationship effectiveness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate healing from trauma, and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) to promote flexibility, emotional expression, and social connectedness and proven effective for OCD, Autism and Chronic Depression.
In addition to psychotherapy, I am a state-certified clinical supervisor for LPCC and LICSW clinicians, providing supervision through an interactional lens that emphasizes reflective practice, ethical care, and professional identity development. I also offer training and consultation in workplace mental health and well-being for organizations.
