Small Friday International Zagreb (SFIZ.FUN) brings locals, internationals, travellers, Erasmus students and curious minds together for relaxed evenings of good conversation, cultural exchange and new connections.
Come solo or bring a mate. Practise a language, swap travel stories, share experiences or simply enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Into live music, gigs and parties? Love hiking, exploring the outdoors, discovering hidden corners of Zagreb or checking out exhibitions and festivals?

Whether you've just arrived in Zagreb or lived here for years, Small Friday gives you a relaxed place to connect with people from around the world, practise languages, swap stories and discover what's happening in and around the city.
One Thursday you might be chatting about your latest travels. The next, sharing tips for a great gig, finding company for a hike or simply picking up a conversation where you left off.

Small Friday International Zagreb is all about creating a relaxed, welcoming space where locals and people from around the world can meet, share experiences, explore different cultures and build genuine connections.
We bring together people of different ages, backgrounds and nationalities who enjoy good company, interesting conversations and discovering something new.
Whether you're here to practise languages, make friends, exchange ideas or find people to share your interests and weekend adventures with, you're welcome.
There's no set programme, no compulsory introductions and no pressure to mingle with everyone. Just turn up, join a conversation that interests you and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
And because we meet regularly, those first hellos can gradually turn into familiar faces, shared plans and lasting friendships.
You don't need to know anyone to come along. And you don't have to be new to keep coming back.

Every community needs somewhere to call home. Ours is The Beertija, right in the heart of Zagreb.
With its leafy garden terrace, rock-inspired dΓ©cor, tributes to music legends and wonderfully eclectic atmosphere, it's a place with real character.
There's a great selection of beers and other drinks, plenty of rock classics on the soundtrack and a laid-back setting where conversations can carry on well into the evening.
When the weather's lovely, the terrace is the perfect spot to hang out. There's also a non-smoking indoor area, with the terrace as a fallback with plenty of covered smoking areas.
Whether you're dropping by for a quick chat or settling in for the evening, it's the sort of place where meeting new people feels natural.
Nothing fancy. Nothing forced. Just good company and conversations worth having.
