On the morning of February 11, 2014, Cynthia Cdebaca fired fifteen shots at her son in law

Geoward Estaquio twelve hitting him. The reason for the killing was a comment he made about her outfit. After this horrendous crime, Cynthia went out to celebrate her birthday. When police picked her up from her favorite café and took her into questioning she was smiling and laughing. When asked about Geoward she claimed he was abusive to her and his wife Laura. When prompted about the murder Cynthia admitted to the murder saying she would do it again, and when police confirmed the death she started cheering.
