Registration

All participants in SLS-21, regardless of whether they are presenting, are required to complete their registration by July 1, 2026 (KST, UTC+9). The registration fee includes three breakfasts and two lunches. Information regarding the registration form and payment methods will be announced on this website in due course. Registration fees are as follows:

• • • USD 90 for non-students;

    • USD 35 for students

Please note that an active SLS membership is required in order to present at the annual meeting. If your membership is not currently valid, you are invited to join or renew it by following the instructions provided  on the SLS website. 

Conference dinner and post-conference cultural excursion

Conference participants are cordially invited to join us for the conference dinner on August 13. Attendance is optional; however, participants are requested to indicate during registration whether they plan to attend, as well as any dietary restrictions or food allergies. The conference dinner fee is USD 45.

The cultural excursion will take place on the afternoon of August 14, following the conclusion of the day’s sessions. The participation fee for the cultural excursion is TBA.
