Specification Grading 

This course will be graded using a system called specifications grading. That is, each grade has a “specified” number of things you must do to earn it. Below you will find a rubric that details the specifications for each letter grade. Specification grading will allow us to focus less on the specific grade you receive on a particular assignment and more holistically on your work throughout the entire semester. We will talk about specification grading in detail the first week of class!
