Application to Use Literature

GROUP STUDY 1: Apply for permission to use the courses in a group study. You agree to collect all answer sheets and return them to the PhilSOL Discipleship Training Center where you obtained the lessons. You will receive and distribute new lessons to each member of the group. If the class is discontinued, You agree to notify the PhilSOL Discipleship Training Center with whom you are in contact and encourage the students to continue on an individual basis. For group study 1, order the required number of the first two lessons/booklets of the course. When you return the completed test from lesson/book 1, order lesson 3, repeating this process until the course has been completed.

PLAN 2 – GROUP STUDY: Request special permission to receive entire sets of courses at one time with grading instructions to do your own grading and record-keeping. This plan is not intended for an ongoing ministry with the materials. Check plan 3 or 4 for that.

PLAN 3 – ASSOCIATE DISCIPLESHIP SCHOOL (ADS) plan is our primary plan. This includes processing the lessons from enrollment to completion This enables you to do your own discipleship follow-up.

PLAN 4 – SPECIAL USE OF THE MATERIALS: You would like to use PhilSOL materials in ways that do not fit the above plans. You need to submit to us an explanation.
