These Terms of Service apply to Slime Pop, a mobile game developed and operated by Fairyee.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Slime Pop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
Slime Pop is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or services, modify the app, reverse engineer the app, use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
We may restrict access to certain features, reset unfair progress, or take other appropriate action if we detect cheating, abuse, fraud, or behavior that harms the app, other users, or related services.
Game Progress and Local Data
Slime Pop may store gameplay progress, settings, preferences, virtual items, and other app data locally on your device.
Local data may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, change devices, reset your device, or experience technical issues.
We are not responsible for loss of local gameplay data, progress, virtual currency, items, or settings caused by device issues, app deletion, data clearing, operating system changes, user actions, or other technical problems.
Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
Slime Pop may include virtual items, virtual currency, rewards, passes, or other in-game content.
Virtual items and virtual currency have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are provided only for use within Slime Pop.
We may modify, balance, add, or remove virtual items, rewards, prices, features, or gameplay systems when necessary to improve or maintain the app.
In-App Purchases
Slime Pop may offer in-app purchases.
All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Purchases are subject to Google Play’s payment, refund, and billing policies. If you experience a payment or refund issue, please contact Google Play support or use the refund options available through Google Play.
We may provide support for purchase-related issues when possible, but refund decisions may be handled by Google Play according to its own policies.
Advertisements and Rewarded Ads
Slime Pop may display advertisements, including rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads may provide in-game rewards after successful completion of the ad. Rewards may not be granted if the ad is closed early, fails to load, is interrupted, or cannot be verified due to network, device, service, or technical issues.
Ad availability may vary depending on region, device, network conditions, ad inventory, and third-party advertising services.
Leaderboards and Online Features
Slime Pop may include leaderboards, rankings, achievements, cloud-related features, or other online services.
These features may depend on third-party services and network availability. They may not always be available and may be changed, interrupted, delayed, or discontinued.
We may remove or reset leaderboard scores or related data if we believe they were obtained through cheating, exploits, unauthorized tools, technical manipulation, or other unfair methods.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Slime Pop at any time, including gameplay features, rewards, virtual items, prices, events, advertisements, or online features.
Some updates may be required to continue using the app.

Slime Pop may use third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, Unity Services, or other services needed to operate, monetize, analyze, or maintain the app.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fairyee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, loss of virtual currency, or inability to access the app.
Termination
You may stop using Slime Pop at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may suspend or restrict access to the app or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in cheating, fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of Slime Pop after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
