This Privacy Policy applies to Spellslime, a mobile game developed and operated by Fairyee.
Spellslime respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected or processed when you use the app, how that information may be used, and how third-party services may process data.

Spellslime does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or payment card information.

Firebase Analytics

Google Play Billing
Used to process in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play. Spellslime does not directly collect or store payment card information. The app may receive purchase status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and other information required to provide or restore purchased content.
The handling of information by these providers is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
4. Advertising
Spellslime may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that users may choose to watch in exchange for optional in-game rewards.

Depending on your region, age, device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

5. Analytics
Spellslime uses Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the game.

• Stage starts, clears, and failures.
• Slime summons, merges, and upgrades.
• Reward collection.
• Advertisement interactions.
• In-app purchase events.
• Feature usage and general gameplay progress.

6. In-App Purchases
Spellslime may offer digital items and other in-app purchases.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Fairyee and Spellslime do not directly collect, process, or store payment card numbers or bank account information.
Google Play may process purchase-related information according to its own policies. Spellslime may receive information needed to verify, deliver, consume, acknowledge, or restore purchased content.
7. Local Game Data
Spellslime may store gameplay progress, settings, preferences, virtual currency, unlocked content, advertising-ticket balances, and purchase-entitlement information locally on your device.
Local data may be deleted if you:
• Uninstall the app.
• Clear the app's storage or data through your device settings.
• Reset or replace your device without transferring the data.
Spellslime does not guarantee that locally stored game progress can be recovered after deletion.
8. Data Sharing
Spellslime does not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with or processed by third-party service providers only as reasonably necessary to:
• Operate and maintain the app.
• Display and measure advertisements.
• Analyze app usage and gameplay events.
• Process and restore purchases.

9. Data Retention
Spellslime does not maintain user accounts or store user account profiles on servers operated directly by Fairyee.
Local gameplay data may remain on your device while the app is installed.

10. Data Deletion
Because Spellslime does not require account creation and does not store user account profiles on its own servers, there is no in-app account-deletion process.
You may delete locally stored game data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data through your device settings.
Some information may continue to be retained or processed by Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Google Play Billing according to their own policies and applicable legal requirements.

11. Children's Privacy
