These Terms of Service apply to Spellslime, a mobile game developed and operated by Fairyee.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Spellslime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Spellslime is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You agree not to:
• Misuse the app or interfere with its normal operation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute unauthorized copies of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, modified software, or unauthorized third-party tools.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
• Manipulate advertisements, purchases, rewards, game progress, or virtual items.
We may restrict access to certain features, reset unfair progress, remove improperly obtained items, or take other appropriate action if we detect cheating, abuse, fraud, exploitation, or harmful behavior.
2. Game Progress and Local Data
Spellslime may store gameplay progress, settings, preferences, virtual currency, slime fragments, advertising tickets, unlocked content, purchased-item status, and other app data locally on your device.
Local data may be lost if you:
• Uninstall the app.
• Clear the app’s storage or data.
• Reset, replace, damage, or lose your device.
• Change devices without an available transfer method.
• Experience an operating-system, storage, or technical failure.
Fairyee is not responsible for loss of local gameplay data, progress, virtual currency, slime fragments, advertising tickets, unlocked content, items, or settings caused by device problems, app deletion, data clearing, user actions, operating-system changes, or other technical issues.
3. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
Spellslime may include virtual currency, slime fragments, advertising tickets, rewards, skins, upgrades, passes, or other virtual content.
Virtual items:
• Are licensed for use only within Spellslime.
• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the app.
• May not be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged unless the app expressly permits it.
• May be modified, rebalanced, replaced, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the game.
We may change gameplay balance, item effectiveness, reward amounts, prices, progression requirements, or availability of virtual content.
Purchasing or obtaining a virtual item does not guarantee that its appearance, statistics, effects, availability, or functionality will remain unchanged indefinitely.
4. In-App Purchases
Spellslime may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, virtual items, advertising tickets, advertising-removal products, character content, or packages.
All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Fairyee does not directly collect or store payment card information.
Before making a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, and contents shown in the app and Google Play.
Purchases are subject to Google Play’s billing, cancellation, and refund policies. Refund eligibility and decisions may be handled by Google Play or Fairyee, depending on the request and applicable policies. If purchased content is not delivered correctly, please restart the app and use any available purchase-restoration feature before contacting us.
Consumable items that have already been used, spent, or consumed may not be restorable.
5. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads
Spellslime may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements are optional and may provide an in-game reward after successful completion and verification of the advertisement.
A reward may not be granted if:
• The advertisement is closed early.
• The advertisement fails to load or complete.
• The device loses its network connection.
• The advertising provider does not verify completion.
• A technical error, service interruption, or unsupported condition occurs.
• Fraudulent, automated, or manipulated advertising activity is detected.
Advertisement availability may vary by country, device, network, consent status, age settings, advertising inventory, and third-party service availability.
Advertising tickets may allow users to claim certain advertising-related rewards without watching an advertisement. Ticket availability, cost, eligible uses, and reward values may be changed as part of game balancing or service updates.
6. Advertising Removal
Spellslime may offer an optional product that removes certain advertisements.
Unless the product description expressly states otherwise, advertising removal may remove only forced, automatic, banner, or interstitial advertisements.
Optional rewarded-ad features may remain available because they provide additional voluntary rewards.
Advertising removal may not remove:
• Third-party links or notices.
• Optional rewarded-ad buttons.
• Store promotions.
• Cross-promotional content.
• Messages required for consent, privacy, security, or platform compliance.
The exact benefits of an advertising-removal product are determined by the product description shown at the time of purchase.
7. Updates and Game Changes
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of Spellslime, including:
• Gameplay systems.
• Slime abilities and statistics.
• Stages and enemies.
• Rewards and progression.
• Virtual items and currency.
• Prices and packages.
• Advertisements.
• Events and limited-time content.
• Device and operating-system support.
Some updates may be required to continue using the app.
We do not guarantee that every feature, item, event, advertisement, or piece of content will remain available permanently.
8. Third-Party Services
Spellslime may use third-party services including:
• Google AdMob.
• Firebase Analytics.
• Google Play Billing.
Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability.
Third-party services may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued without Fairyee’s control.

Your use of Spellslime is also governed by the Spellslime Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property
Spellslime, including its characters, artwork, graphics, animations, text, audio, gameplay systems, designs, logos, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Fairyee and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from Spellslime content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
11. Disclaimer
Spellslime is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the app will always be:
• Available.
• Error-free.
• Secure.
• Uninterrupted.
• Compatible with every device.
• Compatible with every operating-system version.
• Free from data loss or technical problems.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, network conditions, advertising services, Google Play services, or technical problems.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fairyee is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Spellslime.
This may include loss of:
• Gameplay progress.
• Local data.
• Virtual currency.
• Slime fragments.
• Advertising tickets.
• Virtual items.
• Rewards.
• Access to app features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Spellslime at any time by uninstalling the app.
We may restrict access to features, remove improperly obtained content, reset unfair progress, or take other reasonable action if you:
• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the app.
• Engage in cheating, fraud, exploitation, or abuse.
• Manipulate purchases, advertisements, rewards, or gameplay data.
• Harm the app, services, other users, or third-party providers.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Spellslime after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
