If you're getting this message, “Microsoft office license not recognized”.pdf
Close everything that you have open.
Go to the bottom left corner of your computer and type
Software Center
into Search Bar
Double click on section that says Activate Office 365
A black box should pop up with several commands. Just let it run.
Eventually you will get a white box that pops up that says that it is installed.
Close that box and then wait until the black box closes.
Open up any Office product and it should now work.
