What do you do if your password expires or you can't login to a laptop during Distance Learning?
FCPS uses Single Sign On for most all applications. This means your one password is linked to all these accounts:
1. Network - your laptop login
2. Blackboard
3. Google Apps for Education (G suite)
4. SIS StudentVue
Please email our tech team at SLHSFCPSOn@fcps.edu. We will reset your network password. This new password will work immediately to access Blackboard, Google Apps and SIS. However, you will not be able to login to your laptop with the new password until your laptop connects to the FCPS network. You go to the nearest FCPS building parking lot to connect. Once you connect to the wifi with your fcps laptop, your new password should work to login to all accounts and your laptop.
