We were intending to give the “office” at the Centre a bit of a reorganisation and clear up, and to improve the arrangements for printing. Willie Munro had kindly volunteered to be our Master Printer, so we had an added reason to get things more organised.

Allan Coutts then took on the job, agreeing to make truly major improvements: moving the plumbing, the tea cupboard and all the electrics. He built in a new desk with the computer and the filing cabinet underneath and the printer on top. The computer monitor is mounted on the wall beside the printer, which is much more accessible and comfortable to use.

New shelves have appeared to store things more tidily and the new basin is neatly placed to allow for paper towels and sanitisers etc. Catherine and Alice have been involved, including doing a lot of the painting, and many thanks are due to Allan for making the office so bright and usable.
