Ready to make a splash?

Curious about underwater hockey? The Skipton Ducks welcome you! Your first three sessions are completely free, then the next 6 sessions are £8 for adults and £4 for juniors (per session) after that its just £24 per month Adults and £12 per month Juniors – the perfect opportunity to dive in and see what it's all about. Join our friendly club today!

We train every Friday evening at Craven Leisure active North Yorkshire pool in Skipton

Juniors 10 to 16 years 19:30 - 20:30

Adults 16 and over 20:30 - 21:30

The 'Kit Up' Welcome

Before you even touch the water, you’ll be greeted by one of our regulars. We don’t just point you to a pile of gear; we make sure you’re "pool-ready." We’ll find you fins that don't rub, a mask that doesn't leak, and a glove that fits. You’ll be introduced to a "buddy"—an experienced Duck who will look out for you during your first hour.

Your first session

From the moment you arrive, you’ll have a dedicated 'buddy' – an experienced Skipton Duck – to guide you through your first hour. They’ll ensure you’re comfortable with your gear and help you get acquainted with the game. It’s our way of making sure you feel supported and ready to enjoy your initial experience with underwater hockey.

Beyond the pool: Member perks

Being a Skipton Duck is more than just underwater hockey. Our members enjoy a range of activities and social gatherings, fostering friendships and fitness both in and out of the water, including the occasional pub visit after 'adults' training!
