District Lead Advisor Meetings are scheduled for: Sept 10, Oct 8, Nov 12, Dec 3, 2025 and January all-advisor evening meeting date has been set for January 13, 2026.

September 10, 2025
District Meeting at Lake
Goal of Meeting:  Determine contests that will be at host school; set satellite contest hosts in place; introduce calendar; updates from state; district officers to work with state officer

District Meeting at Lake
Goal of Meeting:  Intent to enter is due. Finalize fall leadership conference. Provide slot allotments for contests at each school hosting a contest.

November 12, 2025
District Meeting at Lake
Goal of Meeting:  Finalize fall leadership conference. Confirm contest information and slots; begin creating list of judges to ask for February leadership contests.

November 20, 2025
Fall Leadership Conference at Cowan Civic Center

District Meeting at Lake
Goal of Meeting:  Debrief DFLC, provide updates to skill contests;  provide tool lists; refine Leadership contests with judges confirmation and event details, etc.

Goal of Meeting:  Go over competition and see lab space. Dinner will be served.
