Our LTTA-staff started off in the best way with a warm welcome from 6th A and 7th B students at the entrance to the school, welcoming our friends with smiles and flags from the project countries. The Director welcomed us and then we had a Portuguese poem recited and two musical performances by students from the host school (guitar and piano). Then there was time to socialize in the Teachers' Room with colleagues from the host school. A guided tour of the school followed and our guests interacted with students and teachers, entering several classrooms. Lunch was in the school canteen.
In the afternoon we had an interesting workshop on the importance of empathy and emotional intelligence as strategies for a better learning and school environment, under the responsibility of Professora Alexandra Carneiro, from the University of Oporto, specialist in the field of Psychology linked to Education.

The 3rd day was an outdoors day, with a workshop on Geocaching, a way of combining fun, learning and observing nature. The workshop was led by Geocaching specialist Fernando Costa, ICT professor in Braga. We went to the Bestança river valley, the Douro river and the Serra do Montemuro. We were all amazed by the landscapes of this region and the potential that geocaching offers in terms of increasing levels of motivation for learning.
After lunch we went to the Miradouro in the village of Marcelim, at more than 1000 meters of altitude, to admire the mountains and valleys of this region.
At the school we had a final meeting and the ceremony to hand out the certificates to the participants in this LTTA.
