Our main objective is inclusion, which is why it is our priority to have students from families with less possibilities. Although all students between 11 and 14 years old can participate in the project, namely in mobility experiences abroad, we`ll pay special attention to students with fewer opportunities. Similar situation will happen to teachers. We want to motivate teachers who have never participated in Erasmus experiences.
We will have strict and common criteria for choosing students to participate in mobility abroad, which will be related to the levels of performance, effort and attitudes demonstrated in school life, as well as their participation in activities related to the project. We want to raise students' levels of motivation and social and language skills, so at the beginning of the project everyone will be informed about the possibility of participating in the planned activities. Students with less possibilities will be given priority.
The target audience will be internal and external participants. Internal participants are students and teachers.
We will have 40 students on mobilities accompanied by 22 teachers. We will also have 16 teachers abroad in LTTA - staff for training.
External participants are families, partner entities in each community, teachers from other schools, decision-makers at local/regional/national and European levels, networks, stakeholders, experts, media and the general public.
Students between 11 and 14 years will:
- be active citizens who will participate in local ecological and cultural activities and campaigns;
- contribute to problem solving and awareness of their skills to be adopted individually and/or collectively.
Students with social, emotional, economic and other difficulties will be the priority of the project, namely those who are diagnosed as the students most affected by the pandemic.
Teachers will:
- learn more about new teaching methods that promote teamwork and communication among students outdoors;
- assess the impact of activities on students and will experience new dynamic and interactive teaching methods, based on feedback from surveys.
Students and teachers will:
- encourage discussion about environmental issues and local actions;
- have the opportunity to share their experiences in communities and across Europe;
- improve English language skills.
One of the most important external participants will be families. The project will be included in school events, exhibitions and outdoor activities. Parents will participate in all these events and activities of each mobility. Families will share learning outcomes achieved with local communities.
Other participants will be colleagues, peers, decision-makers at local, national and European level, educational networks, stakeholders, experts, press/media and general public.
They will:
- increase the transnational capacities of institutions and organisations;
- increase the positive effects of the project;
- be a responsible and participatory citizen.
