Bugallon Proper, formerly known as Poblacion, is a thriving barangay located at the heart of the Municipality of Ramon, Province of Isabela. With a population of 7,335 as recorded in the 2020 Census, it proudly accounts for 12.98% of Ramon’s total population — a testament to its vitality and significance in the town’s socio-economic landscape.
More than just numbers, Bugallon Proper is a living story of resilience, unity, and transformation. Once a quiet center of town activities as Poblacion, it has evolved into a progressive barangay where tradition meets innovation. Our community is composed of hardworking individuals, dedicated public servants, vibrant youth, and deeply rooted families — all contributing to the continuing growth of our beloved barangay.
From the echoes of its old name to the present rhythm of development, Bugallon Proper remains a beacon of hope and shared dreams. Whether in celebrations, bayanihan efforts, or local governance, we take pride in our people — matatag, makabayan, at may malasakit sa kapwa.

Led by SK Chairperson Rowen John Domingo, SK Bugallon Proper is a dynamic and service-driven youth council committed to participatory governance, transparency, and innovation. Guided by the principles of inclusive leadership, the council continuously implements youth-centered programs focused on education, mental health, leadership development, and community empowerment. Known for its hands-on approach and strategic planning, SK Bugallon Proper believes that meaningful change begins at the grassroots and that empowered youth can be powerful agents of progress.

Sa gabay ng inklusibong pamumuno, patuloy nitong isinusulong ang mga programang nakatuon sa edukasyon, mental health, pagpapaunlad ng kabataan, at pagtutok sa kapakanan ng komunidad.
