Our laboratory aims to establish next-generation pharmaceutical platforms that bridge nanomaterials, biomolecular therapeutics, pharmaceutical formulation, and adaptive drug delivery systems.

We combine nanomaterials, RNA therapeutics, ROS modulation, and immune microenvironment engineering to address complex biological challenges that conventional therapeutics cannot effectively solve. Unlike traditional nanomedicine approaches that primarily focus on carrier design, our research emphasizes formulation stability, translational feasibility, and clinically relevant delivery routes, including lyophilized injectable formulations and oral dosage forms.

A distinctive and promising research direction in our lab is Astropharmacy, where we develop pharmaceutical systems capable of maintaining stability, functionality, and therapeutic efficacy under extreme environments, including radiation exposure, microgravity, temperature fluctuations, and oxidative stress.
