The SK Council of Sta. Elena would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to the The Association of the LGBTQIA of Buhi Inc. headed by Hon. Abigail San Juan Amandy, the Punong Barangay of Barangay Burocbusoc, for extending their service to the children and PWDs of Barangay Sta. Elena through their Feeding Program and Gift-giving initiative.

The Sta. Elena Child Development Center had their Children's Month Celebration with the theme "Healthy, Nourished, and Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Life for All." The celebration was held at the Sta. Elena Social Terrace.

Hon. Ron Andrew Oaferina, the SK Chairperson, was present and gave his message for the event. Hon. Julia Labordo, a SK Member, was also present during the celebration.

In the spirit of unity, the SK Council took a proactive stance, contributing to the clean-up drive with passion and commitment. Beyond our Barangay borders, this initiative echoes the call for environmental responsibility, emphasizing the importance of collective action for a better Philippines.

At the Bagong Pilipinas Kickoff Rally, the SK Council and Barangay Officials join forces virtually, bridging distances to contribute to the national dialogue on progress and unity. Despite the virtual setting, the commitment to representing our barangay's voice remains unwavering. Together, we embrace the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and advocate for the betterment of our community. 

February 15, 2024 marked a historical moment as the Barangay Sta. Elena Buhi had THE INAUGURATION OF EXCELLENCE AND LEADERSHIP, where Appointed Barangay Officials and Zone Organizational Officers took their oath of service.

Hon. Rey P. Lacoste, our esteemed municipal mayor, graced the event with his presence, emphasizing the importance of integrity and dedication in leadership.

With the vibrant tunes of Potpot and Friends setting the mood, it was a day filled with promise and excitement for our barangay's future.

Memories of unity and camaraderie filled the air during the LIGA Day Celebration on February 23, 2024, as Barangay officials from across Buhi came together to honor community spirit.

From the solemnity of the Holy Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Parish to the lively parade through the streets, the day was a testament to the strength of the bonds.

As the program unfolded at Buhi Social Terrace, hearts swelled with pride as everyone celebrated the shared commitment to serving the barangays and fostering a brighter future for all.

Gathering the community for progress! On April 6, 2024, the Barangay Assembly Day brought together residents to acknowledge the achievements of the Barangay and SK Councils. Discussions centered around future plans and the budget for 2024, highlighting a shared commitment to growth and development. With unity and determination, the community looks forward to charting a path towards a better future. 

Congratulations to the students of Sta. Elena Child Development Center on their Moving-Up Ceremony with the theme 'CDW, PARENTS, LGU: Magkaagapay sa paghubog ng mga kabataan maka-Diyos, Makabayan, Makatao, at Makakalikasan para sa maunlad na pamayanan.' The event was a celebration of their hard work and dedication, marking a significant milestone in their educational journey.
