Planet Buster was creating by me and 3 other students during a gamejam held at our school Fontys. Teams consisted of all game design students and the gamejam was used as a kickoff for the coming semester.
The game is set in the distant future where the planet earth can freely move around. You populate other planets, or destroy meteorites by literally firing balls of people at them. As the amount of people on earth is also your health, your health and ammunition are the same resource. All populated planets including earth will slowly grow in population over time, if you are low on people on earth you can take the excess from any nearby populated planet.
There is no end to the game or win condition. You just have to try to stay alive as long as possible trying to get the 'Total Existed' counter as high as possible.
