BTV is happening again this year at Barunah Plains, about 30 mins north of Colac, in Victoria's southwest (on Wadawurrung Country). The site is larger than ever, measuring around 2km across, and about the same from top to bottom.
The site sits along the banks of the Warrambine Creek within Golden Plains Shire. The site is mostly open paddocks, with a few trees between the campsites and the festival area. Also on the site are a number of old homestead buildings and woolsheds.
First Aid Posts are located throughout the event site - one in the campgrounds (Orange Camp), one next to the main stage (The Valley), and another attached to the MAT. Each post will have a post crew and a response crew. All response crews will have a vehicle to respond in (if needed), as well as vehicles for the HERT team, and command teams.
When you arrive on-site you will be provided with more detailed maps that have grid references, and greater detail within the camping and festival areas.
All members must proceed to the accommodation - even if they are not staying overnight.
