A human asset, conditioned a level of limbic-dominant aggression that may bypass the complexities of the frontal lobe entirely. A human asset completely stripped of all ego, whose only function is obedience to the feeding hand. And violence on a target scent.

This Canine Asset will serve its functions.

It will REGULATE. An immediate, swift, and utter meaningless violence in and of itself. The Reagents can negotiate with their parents, with a baby, but a growl in the dark is not something one wishes to reason with. It will become a constant arousal of terror, nipping at their heels with every step outside the lines.

It will SERVE. By training it to recognize the scent of Peace Officers, it becomes a purely instinctual counter to the instability of the current Prime Assets. Should the Family deviate from their scripts, the dog ensures compliance through the threat of clawing violence and gnashing fangs - a suitable punishment for their goddamn inflated EGOS!
