In conclusion, Simultaneous Interpretation from English to Spanish and vice versa is a challenging but crucial skill for those who work in international business, politics, or other fields. Professional interpreters who have mastered this skill play a vital role in facilitating cross-cultural communication and understanding.
Regarding the use of Google Sites instead of Moodle, there are pros and cons to consider. On the one hand, Google Sites can be easy to use and free, making them accessible to anyone with an internet connection. They also offer a range of customizable templates and features that allow users to create a website that suits their needs. On the other hand, Moodle may offer specific students features that may help us to keep better track of our homework.
Online activities and class activities represented two different modes of learning and engagement during this course, each with its own set of advantages and challenges. These were the most important from my point of view:
Accessibility: All classes were available in Moodle since the beginning of the course, this helped us to prepare in advance and create an agenda with due dates.
Flexibility: This goes hand in hand with the previous point; flexibility at the time of working on the modules is very important, especially for people who work (like me).
Interactivity: The modules were very interactive by including innovative activities. I felt like a professional interpreter when accomplishing my homework.
