DELIVERY

The current delivery time will be shown in checkout. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

Free delivery for members when you shop for RM 180 or more. Free delivery and returns for Plus members.

Your parcel will be delivered to your home or an alternate address within the following business days:

Klang Valley, Johor, Penang 1-4 days

Rest of Peninsular Malaysia 1-6 days

Eastern Malaysia 3-6 days

You may change the delivery address during check out.

At the moment, all orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Malaysia. Occasionally, you may experience a longer delivery lead time, especially during sales periods. 

WHO WILL DELIVERY MY PACKAGE?

SLY is cooperating with a large number of carriers over different markets. You will receive a email or sms prior to your parcel delivery from our partners. 

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR DELIVERY WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE?

Free delivery for members when you shop for RM 149 or more. Free delivery and returns for Plus members.

For non-members, the RM 24.90 shipping fee will be applied.

The prices displayed at hm.com include the statutory goods and service tax (GST) if any, but do not include a delivery charge.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is RM 24.90. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.

However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.

Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. Should you need to, you can find out about return options instead here.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

Once we initiate the packing process for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the delivery information and a tracking link to monitor your parcel's progress online.
