Take your time trying everything on.
Remember that any items you wish to return must be sent back to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel.

Returning items is free and convenient.
You have two options:
arrange a home collection OR
log in to the Returns Portal using your order number and email address.
Specify the items you wish to return and the reason. Please note that we only accept unused or unworn items.
Refunds for returned parcels typically take about 4 business days to process.
After registering your return via the portal, follow the instructions for sending the package back to us. You can track your return status on our Track & Trace page, and we'll notify you via email once we receive it.
The refund processing for your returned parcel typically takes about 5 working days.
Once we receive your parcel at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process for the returned items.
If you made the payment using a card, the refund will be credited back to the same card you used for the purchase.
For payments made on delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account. Please ensure that your bank details are updated in your SLY account. If your bank account number exceeds 18 digits, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance. Kindly note that we do not provide cash refunds.
