RETURN POLICY

Easy Returns:

We offer hassle-free returns for all our products. You have a 30-day money-back guarantee for orders placed through the Simply Love Yourself (SLY) official website.

Reasons for Return:

If the product doesn't fit well or if you wish to return it due to a change of mind, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, visit our Return Portal at https://sly.com/returns and provide your order number and email address. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you received the wrong product, size, or color, please contact our Customer Experience Team via Whatsapp at +6012-9876543 or email us at hello@sly.com within 1 month from the delivery date.

Return Exclusions:

Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, including women's innerwear, towels, men's innerwear, face masks, socks, and free gifts.

Free Gift Returns:

If your order included a free gift, please return it along with the rest of the order if you're seeking a refund. Missing free gifts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Timeframe:

Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10-15 business days for processing, excluding shipping time and subject to stock availability.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchanges are available for size and color variations of the same product. Exchanging for a different product is not permitted.

Refund Process:

International Shipping Refunds:
