These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Simple Speedometer application (“the Service”), including all features and subscriptions provided therein. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Simple Speedometer is offered to users with a free trial period upon initial installation, during which all premium features are available. Upon expiration of the trial, users can continue using a free version with limited functionality or subscribe to access premium features.
Analytics
Simple Speedometer automatically collects anonymous usage statistics via Amplitude (e.g. which screens you open, which buttons you tap). This data helps us improve app performance and features. No personal information (such as your name or email) is collected.
By continuing to use this app, you agree to this anonymous analytics collection. If you do not agree, please cease using the Simple Speedometer application immediately.
Subscriptions and Payments
• Subscription Types: We offer subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) as well as a one-time lifetime purchase option.
• Billing and Payments: Payments are processed securely through Apple’s standard payment methods and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple account settings.
• Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly specified by Apple’s App Store refund policy.
Trial Period
• You are offered a free trial period to access all premium features upon the first installation of the app.
• After the trial period expires, access to premium features requires an active subscription or lifetime purchase. If no subscription is chosen, the app will automatically switch to the limited free version.
Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the app.
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or sell the app to third parties.
• Use the app for any illegal activities or to violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service, including subscription prices and availability of features, at our discretion. Significant changes to subscriptions will be communicated through app notifications or email, if applicable.
