1. Introduction
Welcome to Simple Fuel Tracker, a mobile application designed for iOS users worldwide to log their vehicle fuel refills. This document, our Terms of Service ("Terms"), governs your use of Simple Fuel Tracker ("Service" or "App"). By installing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization. Users must be over the age of 13 to use the Service.

3. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when using our Service. By using our Service, you automatically agree to our privacy policies and we can use such data in accordance with its privacy policies.

4. Subscriptions and Payments
In the free version of Simple Fuel Tracker, there are limitations on usage, whereas the subscription version offers unrestricted access. Subscription details, including costs and duration, are available within the app. All payments are processed through the iOS App Store in accordance with their terms and conditions.

5. User Content
Users retain ownership of the data they input into the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and utilize User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. The App employs reasonable security measures to protect your data; however, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. The App is not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or loss or disclosure of, your data.

6. Software
The Service is provided via a downloadable iOS application. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely as part of the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions.

7. Modifications and Termination of Service
We may add or remove functionalities or features in the normal course of improving, changing, and/or updating the Service. We may also suspend or stop our Service with at least thirty (30) days notice prior to the complete shutdown of our Service, unless unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us from doing so. You can choose to stop using our Service at will. We may also stop providing Service to you, or add or create new limitations to our Service at any time as detailed in the Terms.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for all User Content and any activity that occurs under your account.

9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developers do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. In no event shall the developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers are located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, either party may seek remedies available under applicable law.

12. Changes to the Service
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the App after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
