CopyNote
CopyNote is a simple, lightweight, and privacy-focused notes application designed to help users securely store frequently used information, access it quickly, edit it easily, and copy it whenever needed.
The app provides ready-made fields for commonly stored information such as record numbers, dates, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses. Users can freely rename field labels, choose which fields to use, and create additional custom fields that match their own needs.
CopyNote also supports optional Google Drive synchronization, allowing users to securely synchronize their notes across their Apple devices using their own Google account. Synchronization is completely optional, and users may continue using the app entirely offline if they prefer.
For important information, CopyNote includes customizable date reminders with optional local notifications, helping users remember expiration dates, appointments, renewals, and other important events without relying on cloud notification services.
All notes are stored locally on the user’s device using encrypted storage. When Google Drive synchronization is enabled, the app stores only the encrypted application database inside the user’s private Google Drive appDataFolder, which is inaccessible to other applications and hidden from the user’s normal Google Drive files.
CopyNote works without requiring account registration. A Google account is only required if the user chooses to enable Google Drive synchronization. The app does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data collection.
Users can also export and print their notes as organized PDF documents, making it easy to archive or share information whenever needed.
CopyNote supports both Arabic and English, automatically adapts to Light and Dark appearance, allows users to customize the application’s accent color, and works seamlessly across Mac, iPhone, and iPad.
