NORMAS BIBLIOGRÁFICAS PARA INSCRIÇÃO DE TRABALHO

· O trabalho deve estar relacionado com um dos eixos temáticos do evento:

a) Eixo Temático 1: Migrações, coesão social e pertença;

b) Eixo Temático 2: Guerras, conflitos e processos de transição;

c) Eixo Temático 3: Globalização e diversidade;

d) Eixo Temático 4: História, memórias e migrações.

Os proponentes dos trabalhos podem ser estudantes de graduação/licenciatura e de pós-graduação, graduados/licenciados, mestres, doutores ou profissionais do ensino geral.

O trabalho pode ser proposto por até 3 (três) autores(as).

Título do trabalho negritado, em CAIXA ALTA e centralizado.

Nome(s) da(s)/do(s) autora(s)/autor(es) abaixo, à esquerda, será escrito com apenas as iniciais em maiúsculas, Instituição de pertença e correio electrónico.

Em nota de rodapé: Nível académico de forma decrescente seguido da Instituição.

Resumo em português com 150 palavras e 3 palavras-chave. O resumo deve conter o tema, a problemática, o objectivo, metodologia, resultados e conclusão.

Versão em Inglês do Resumo e palavras-chave.

O trabalho deve ser escrito com letra Times New Roman, tamanho 12, espaçamento entre linhas de 1,5 cm. O título deverá ser escrito em letra tamanho 14 e o resumo e palavras-chave em letra tamanho 10, sem paragrafação e espaçamento simples. O texto deve ter entre 8 e 10 páginas.

As margens da página devem ser formatadas em 2,5 cm.

Texto contendo introdução, discussão teórica, metodologia, resultados e conclusão (os subtítulos podem apresentar outras designações).

As citações directas com apenas 3 linhas devem ser escritas com aspas duplas e as citações com mais de 3 linhas deverão ser destacadas com recuo de texto (tabulação) de 4 cm da margem esquerda, letra tamanho 10, indicando a fonte (Sobrenome do Autor, ano, página). As citações indirectas devem constar ao final a fonte (Sobrenome do Autor, ano).

As Referências Bibliográficas devem ser indicadas ao final do texto, em ordem alfabética, de acordo as seguintes normas:

a) Livros:

Sobrenome, Nome. Título. Local: Editora, Ano

b) Artigos:

Sobrenome, Nome. Título do Artigo. Título do Periódico, Volume: ano, p. x-xx.

c) Textos disponíveis na internet:

Sobrenome, Nome. Título do Documento. Ano, Acesso em: xx de xxx de xxxx, Disponível em: URL

d) Relatórios:

Instituição. Título do Relatório. Acesso em: xx de xxx de xxxx, Disponível em: URL

Caso utilize imagens, quadros ou gráficos deverão ter boas qualidades e estar devidamente identificados com as respectivas fontes.

O trabalho deve conter no mínimo 08 páginas e no máximo 10 páginas incluindo as referências.

O trabalho deve ser salvo em Documento Word e encaminhado por correio electrónico à Comissão Científica do Evento.

NORMAS PARA APRESENTAÇÃO DE TRABALHO

Após análise da Comissão Científica os Trabalhos serão aprovados em uma das duas categorias:

• Apresentação Oral do Trabalho no Painel de acordo ao Eixo Temático que melhor se enquadra.

• Apresentação do Trabalho no formato Póster.

Normas para a Apresentação Oral do Trabalho no Painel - Eixo Temático

• Tempo de Apresentação: 10 – 15 minutos.

Normas para a Apresentação do Trabalho no formato Póster

• O póster deverá ter as seguintes dimensões: Largura 0,85 cm e Altura 100 cm.

• Poderá ser impresso em Lona ou em Papel.

• O póster deverá conter Logo do CIS, as mesmas identificações do texto escrito, ou seja, nome(s) da(s)/do(s) autora(s)/autor(es) abaixo, à direita, será escrito com apenas as iniciais em maiúsculas, Instituição de pertença, correio electrónico. O conteúdo deverá ser apresentado com coerência, de forma resumida, com introdução, discussão teórica, metodologia, resultados, conclusão e principais referências bibliográficas e o máximo de figuras, fotos, tabelas e outros recursos gráficos.

• O póster deve ser formatado no tamanho A0, posição vertical. O texto e os subtítulos devem estar escritos em fonte Arial de tamanho 20 ou superior.

REGISTRATION FOR THE EVENT

• Will be able to register as listeners and will be entitled to Event Material and Certificate;

• Will be able to register with a work submission to the Scientific Committee and will be entitled to Event Material and Certificates (Participation and Work Presentation);

• Entries will be carried out on the website address or at CEACIS from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

ARTICLE REGISTRATION

• Register for the Event using the registration form available on the website.

• Entries must be sent to the following email address: sim1.ceacis@gmail.com.

• The Full Text file must be saved in Word Document (.doc) and attached to the message.

BIBLIOGRAPHIC RULES FOR ARTICLE REGISTRATION

• The work must be related to one of the thematic axes of the event:

a) Thematic Axis 1: Migrations, Ethical, Cultural and Religious Diversity

b) Thematic Axis 2: Migrations and Education

c) Thematic Axis 3: Migrations and the Labor Market

d) Thematic Axis 4: International Migrations in Different Contexts

• Proponents of papers can be undergraduate and graduate students, masters, doctors or general education professionals.

• The work can be proposed by up to 3 (three) authors.

• Title of the work in bold, in UPPER CASE and centralized.

• Name(s) of the author(s) below, on the left, will be written with only the initials in capital letters, institution belonging and e-mail.

• Footnote: Academic level in decreasing form followed by the Institution.

• Abstract in Portuguese with up to 150 words and 3 keywords. The abstract must contain the theme, the problem, the objective, methodology, results and conclusion.

• English version of the abstract and keywords.

• The work must be written in Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 cm line spacing. The title must be written in font size 14 and the abstract and keywords in font size 10, without paragraphing and single spacing.

• The page margins must be formatted to 2.5 cm.

• Text containing an introduction, theoretical discussion, methodology, results and conclusion (subtitles may have other designations).

• Direct citations with up to 3 lines must be written with double quotes and citations with more than 3 lines must have an indentation (tabulation) of 4cm from the left margin, font size 10, indicating the font (Author's Surname, year, page). Indirect citations must include the source at the end (Author's Surname, year).

• Bibliographic References must be indicated at the end of the paperwork, in alphabetical order, according to the following rules:

a) Books:

Last name. Title. Location: Publisher, Year

b) Articles:

Last name. Article Title. Journal Title, Volume: year, p. x-xx.

c) Texts available on the internet:

Last name. Title of the Document. Year, Accessed on: dd.mm.yy, Available at: URL

d) Reports:

Institution. Report Title. Accessed on: dd.mm.yy, Available at: URL

• In case of images, charts or graphics are used, they must be of good quality and be properly identified with the respective sources;

• The work must contain a minimum of 08 pages and a maximum of 10 pages including references.

• The work must be saved in a Word Document and sent by email to the Scientific Committee of the Event.

• Entries must be sent to sim1.ceacis@gmail.com.

NORMS FOR PRESENTATION OF THE WORK

After analysis by the Scientific Committee, the Papers will be approved in one of two categories:

• Oral Presentation of the Work on the panel according to the Thematic Axis that best fits.

• Presentation of the Work in poster format.

Rules for the Oral Presentation of the Work on the Panel - Thematic Axis

• Presentation Time: 10 – 15 minutes.

Rules for the Presentation of Work in Poster format

• The poster must have the following dimensions: Width 0.85 cm and Height 100 cm.

• It can be printed on Canvas or Paper.

• The poster must contain the CIS’ Logo, the same identifications as the written text, that is, the name(s) of the author(s) below should be place on the right, written with only initials in capital letters, institution of belonging, e-mail. The content should be presented coherently, in a summarized form, with an introduction, theoretical discussion, methodology, results, conclusion and main bibliographical references and as many figures, photos, tables and other graphic resources as possible.

• The poster must be formatted in A0 size, vertical orientation. The text and subtitles must be written in Arial font, size 20 or larger.
