1. Advertisement to students. (Appendix 1)

2. Interested UKM graduates can apply directly to the Sim@UKM office, Level 4, Preclinical building, UKM Faculty of Medicine through 03-91458768 or 03-91458773.

3. Interested UKM graduates will fill up an online googleform. (Appendix 2)

4. Screening of candidate.

5. Interview of the candidate by panels consist of a lecturer and a medical technologist.

6. Successful candidate will be contacted and will then have to complete ‘Bahagian I Borang Permohonan Pengajar Sambilan’ and return the completed form to Penyelaras SIM@UKM for further action. (Appendix 3)

7. Letter of appointment will be endorsed by Dean Faculty of Medicine UKM.

8. Appointed ‘Tutor’ will liaise with officer in SIM@UKM office, Level 4, Preclinical Building, Faculty of Medicine UKM through 03-91458768 or 03-91458773 to:
   a. further clarify the students’ schedule
   b. register for the session/ sessions
   c. conduct the planned session
   d. get the attendance of students and submit the form to the SIM@UKM office (Appendix 4)
   e. get a student representative to fill up a feedback form (Appendix 5)
   f. obtain claim payment form and submit the completed form to the SIM@UKM office
