Q: What types of cat services do you offer?
A: We offer everything your cat needs, including lots of love and care, playtime cuddles, grooming, enough food and water, and medication if needed!
Q: How do I book a service?
A: You can go to the Contact us page and either call us through our phone number, email us, or text us if you have our contacts saved! While doing so, please provide necessary information such as your cat's breed, age, or any conditions or special stuff they have!
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple cats, longer bookings, or recurring services?
A: Sorry, but we don't offer discounts unless you order a really big order for lots of cats and pay for our ride there. Although, there is a 50% discount for each client's first order being planned and underway!
Q: Are your cat sitters background-checked and insured?
A: Absolutely! All our cat sitters have been background-checked by the state, and is qualified for jobs with no criminal record or anything harmful stuck to their backgrounds!
Q: When i start a business, can I inspire from you guys?
A: Of course! Start by looking around, taking notes on important things, then start your own website! Make sure to not copy the whole thing :)
Q: What's the Entertainment Hub for?
A: It's for client entertainment meanwhile searching for services! You can email us some feedback or game suggestions for the Entertainment Hub too!

Q: Does your cat sitter have experience, or is new?
A: Our main cat sitter already has experience from our old cat caring business, as well as caring for 3 cats in Peru back then. So, you can rest assuring that your cat will be safe with us!
Q: What if we don't like the new updates on the cat website?
A: Feel free to give feedback through WhatsApp chatting, calling, or emailing! We read and respect everybody's feedback, and will revert or change the update to your liking!
Q: Do you guys love cats?
A: We do! That's why we created and constantly update this cat caring business! How could we get here if we didn't like cats at all? So, don't worry, we like cats and we don't just do it for the money, but also for the fun of it!
Q: Can orders be rejected?
A: Unfortunately, yes. If your cat has some sort of trait or personality that are out of our reach or we cannot handle, we may reject your order. But don't worry, as long as your cat is completely fine and healthy, we can take your order!
Q: What happens during a cat caring session with no modifications?
A: First, we get used to the cat's behavior and personality. Then, in its free time, we usually show love and care through cuddles and hugs, do our cat grooming service, and sometimes take it inside the cat backpack and go outside with it! Then, when it's meal, snack, or water time, we feed it and give it water!
Q: Can we modify the visit in ways that aren't listed in the Homepage?
A: Of course! But only if it's doable. Crazy ones like "Teach it how to sing", "Feed it heavily seasoned food" and other joke ones are out of reach, unfortunately. But if it's normal, we're happy to help!

R: ¡Sí! ¡Por eso creamos y actualizamos constantemente este negocio de cuidado de gatos! ¿Cómo podríamos haber llegado hasta aquí si no nos gustaran los gatos en absoluto? Así que no se preocupe, nos gustan los gatos y no solo lo hacemos por dinero, sino también por diversión.

R: Lamentablemente, sí. Si tu gato tiene algún rasgo o personalidad que esté fuera de nuestro alcance o que no podamos controlar, podríamos rechazar tu pedido. Pero no te preocupes, siempre que tu gato esté completamente sano, ¡podemos aceptar tu pedido!
P: ¿Qué sucede durante una sesión de cuidado de gatos sin modificaciones?
R: Primero, nos acostumbramos a su comportamiento y personalidad. Luego, en su tiempo libre, solemos mostrarle cariño y atención con mimos y abrazos, le realizamos el servicio de peluquería y, a veces, lo metemos en la mochila y salimos con él. Después, a la hora de comer, picar o beber, ¡lo alimentamos y le damos agua!
