It's depends. Our minimum for small production is 300 pcs for a style, and this is considered as a small production. If you are thinking of 10 or 20 pcs, it is not considered as a production but duplicates, which will be considered as 10 pcs or sample of one same style. We do offer duplicate discount most of the time, but it should be discussed when requesting.
It's not easy to say briefly, because it changes depends on different factors. Complexity of design of course, and what fabric is being used, and how many pieces you are producing. More pieces less cost. Less pieces, more cost.
For production, you will need:
Pattern and Final Sample
Marker
Fabric and other materials for garment
Main Label (which shows logo or name of brand)
Size & care label
Hangtag if you want to add it.
Shipping information
Once we receive the PO (Purchase Order) from you, we start the production from cutting the fabric with marker. Then it goes to sewing, quality check, packing, and shipping.
Many of our customers inform us the instruction of packing if they require some specific format, if not, we just do our regular way.
Products are shipped via carriers of customer's choice and customers often give us account information so we can ship and bill receiver( carriers like UPS or Fedex), or setup the pickup from their own trucking company.
In case we have to ship by our own, we normally ship by our own then charge the cost to production invoice.
Grading & Marking if you haven't got yours already, cutting, sewing and packaging.
Shipping cost is not included to production cost, but will be added if we ship it by our account.
We work in Los Angeles and all production are done in LA as well. Yes, USA cost might be higher than having it done from other countries, but it gets done faster and easier to control.Â
If you are willing to do production in other countries, you are welcome to do it of course!
It's depends on factory schedule and complexity of work, but we normally mention 4 weeks for small productions.
