My research focuses on shear-dominated, vortex driven flows across both macro and microscale regimes. At the macroscale, we leverage vortex rings for targeted engineering applications, while at the microscale, we investigate how micro vortices within droplet-based microfluidic platforms generate mechanical stress on encapsulated living matter. These studies intersect broader domains of multiphase flow and droplet dynamics, offering insights into fluid-phenomenon at different spatial-temporal scales. For my future endeavours, I want to explore how the fluid flow influence the life of small-scale beings.
