Volunteers

To ensure we present the most professional production possible, I ask that every family volunteers in at least two areas. Many of these tasks are quick and simple, yet they are essential to the success of our show.

Important note: If you sign up as a dressing room helper, you are required to attend dress rehearsal in addition to your show night responsibilities.

Parents of gingerbreads, bakers, mice, cherubs, party girls/boys:
The performance runs on Friday and Saturday. Please plan to volunteer in your dancer’s dressing room during at least one of those shows and watch the performance at the other show Dancers will need assistance with getting ready, staying on schedule, organizing costumes, and making quick changes. All dancers must remain in the dressing room/backstage until the performance concludes; they may not leave early or watch from the audience.

These positions are essential. During the show, I am unable to be in the dressing rooms, so your help ensures our dancers are fully supported.
