Empty Console is a tech "startup" cofounded by myself and two of my classmates. We build games and apps, and participate in programming competitions.
My entire life I have loved playing video games. After a few quick courses, I learned how to program the games I love in languages such as Python, JavaScript, GD, and C#. More recently, I’ve been developing my business skills - leading teams, conducting user research and identifying needs, marketing my ideas, and learning how to communicate product design. When I’m not coding or playing video games (as part of product research of course!), you can find me playing golf or tennis with friends, playing keyboard for my rock band, or sailing in the SF Bay.
Like most game developers, HF_ang loves games, whether he's playing on his Nintendo Switch, his iPad or his computer. After taking some programming courses on Java and JavaScript, he started putting his own ideas for games into code. However, better games require better visuals so HF_ang started to master particles, tilemaps, and pixel art. Over the years, HF_ang has loved many video games but his current favorites are SilkSong, Hollow Knight, and Cult of the Lamb. When not programming, testing or debugging, he can be found hanging with his friends, playing tennis, or sailing.
After years of loving all types of video games, Tooffu, also known as Emey, decided to start making his own after joining a computer science class at school. He picked up JavaScript and C# in record time and started putting his ideas on the web, coding so often that he mastered his first language, a version of JavaScript, in less than a year. To accompany his games, Tooffu uses his digital art and music production skills, giving his games the perfect vibe for all audiences. When not at his computer, Tooffu loves playing tennis with friends and spending time with his family. Check out his spotify here.
