Super capacity instant communication Group (SSW Owners – 2 way) & Channel (Shubhashree Woods – Imp. announcements) separately.
The group is capable to accommodate 2,00,000 members (including spouse, co-members) in a single group.
Important to mention without any unwanted messages (sales/ greeting etc.) with proper moderation and robust help Bot at disposal.
The SSW channel supports unlimited subscribers including not only owners' but tenants’ families for the important announcements.
During the pandemic and beyond successful General body Meetings are being held on the platform without any restriction of numbers of participants & time connecting members across the globe.

Replaced outdated, worn out street lights with the world class, cost effective, architectural, life-long, perfect designed street lighting system. Saving Rs. 70,000/pa in energy bills when installed all poles.
The soothing and perfectly balanced light like tells brand new story of spaces. We were delighted to know that many members eagerly await for the evening to enjoy the beauty around. Lighting adheres to International Dark Sky Association(IDA) standards.

Alpha-numeric house number felt like stigma, which cannot be replaced but shall be complemented by simple numeric house system in the sequence starting from 001 (A-1) to 294 (D-6/4).

Our horizontally expanded society has low density of consumers compared to flat.
Multiple FTTH players approached but sustainable plan was given only by one vendor.
Few members had taken initiative to resolve the issues and also coordinated in laying the fibre in the society.
Today we are on the robust network, be it WFH or learning. Thanks to the co-operative spirit!

Security was big concern with the defunct, out dated CCTV network.
CCTV system has been replaced by modern one.
Multiple times , footage has proved invaluable.

In spite of 'Gate keeping module' was available, security could not use one. Gate Keeping is now being taken care by new system ‘Mygate’.
Mygate penetration is standing at 75% of row houses with 222 units onboard.
Instant notification and approval have become new norm.
All the vendors, helpers, visitors are visible to the society.
Fetching visitor details information become simpler.

Apparently simple but implemented after 1.5 decade.
Gate-1 is the 'Entry' and Gate-2 is Exit' (6.00 AM.~11.00PM)
Residents near Gate-1 relieved by from vehicle honking, kept waiting for the exit.
Two lanes, one for visitor and another for resident has made traffic smooth while entering.

Seemingly endless suffering and blot by which our society was being referred, ‘The Waterlogging Issue’ has been solved within record time with bringing all the parties to the table and with any to all permission needed to solve it permanently.
Recently received input points to 25% rise in the before and after valuation of Shubhashree Woods by solving water logging issue. Investment of Rs. 40 lakh is fetching nearly Rs. 45 crores return for the whole society, as of September,2021 (ROI>112 times). In the bank the same amount might fetched Rs.1 lakh.
Residents first time celebrated Ganapati and Navratri without a drop of water-logged.

Getting output from the deeply rooted 'status quo' mindset staff for the novice administrative committee was the difficult task. With training from scratch and tough work culture norms, it was made clear to all the staff what shall be required. Gradually, staff started falling in line or got replaced with better alternate.

Daily drinking water supply
Daily drinking water supply
Drinking water now being supplied daily. It was alternate day supply for several years. PCMC supplies water daily, but due to resource constraints, distribution was an issue. Houses on the higher elevation deprived of water with adequate pressure for quite long time. 7AM supply on one day is accompanied by 11AM supply on next day. This shift of time ensures water supply with adequate pressure and nobody left without drinking water. Earlier, who were not getting enough drinking water, now have appreciated the step in the right direction.

Fair & Transparent Election with women empowerment
First time in the history of the Shubhashree Woods society, fair and transparent election is being held. Election program has been circulated to every home to encourage maximum members' participation.
First time in the history of the Shubhashree Woods society, 5 women candidates (around 36%) nominated reflecting real women empowerment and fair representation.
We must provide required environment to all the members of the committee where they do their best!
