Notes:
No cash transfer of any sort in temple.
Strictly NO bribe for any favour / obligation to any staff.
Do not litter the temple by flowers, food, 'puja samagri', papers, idols, etc.
Maintain decorum of the temple by proper and acceptable behavior.
Temple belongs to and governed by the Shubhashree Woods Society Ltd.

It is available for renting for the residents of the Shubhashree Woods society for nominal charges, paid in advance for limited hours.
Notes:
Charges & deposit shall be conveyed considering program, hours and PAX. Committee reserves right to deny the renting considering broader interest of the residents.
Guest parking if any would be out of the society gates only. In case of more outside invitees, event organizer's representative must be present at main gate to help in identifying, entering and directing the guests to the event.
No disturbance or indulgence of behavior which cause the trouble around shall be tolerated. In such case the organizer shall be debarred from such event.
Onus of cleaning of the Garden after the event is over is on the organizer. It must be cleaned ASAP or next morning.
Moderate electricity, chairs etc may be provided at charges.
Any damage caused during event, liable for deposit confiscation & extra penalty as per actual damage and its restoration cost.
