Maroon Membership:
Maroon Membership:
To be considered a Maroon (General) Member of SHRM at ASU, a student must complete the General Membership Form.
Benefits of Maroon Membership include:
Access to SHRM at ASU events and meetings.
Networking and career development opportunities.
Regular communication on jobs, internships, and professional resources.
Gold Membership:
Gold Membership:
Gold Membership recognizes students who go above and beyond in their involvement with SHRM at ASU. These students may be rewarded with available exclusive items and resume distinction. There are two paths to becoming a Gold Member:
Path 1: Paid Member
Path 1: Paid Member
To become a Paid Member, a student must:
Submit the one-time $30 membership fee via Venmo to SHRM at ASU.
Include full name and “SHRM Paid Membership” in the description.
Receive confirmation from the VP of Membership once payment is verified.
Path 2: Active Student Volunteer
To become a Gold Member through volunteering, a student must:
Complete the General Membership Form.
Speak with an Executive Board member to express interest
Complete a minimum of 3 volunteer hours per semester supporting SHRM at ASU operations (e.g., meeting/event setup or tear-down, tabling, or other approved activities).
