Position Summary:
The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, and training support. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding process
Maintain and organize employee and temporary employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
Help track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data
Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeeping
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills

Salary Range: $65,500 - $102,500 annually + bonus + benefits
The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Enablement organization drives strategic initiatives that strengthen operational excellence across the function by advancing workforce planning, business enablement, reporting, governance, and transformation capabilities. Through cross-functional collaboration, the team delivers the processes, insights, and tools that enable GFCC to effectively meet evolving business priorities and regulatory expectations.
The Workforce Planning team within GFCC Enablement is responsible for workforce planning, staffing strategy, capacity planning, and operational reporting that support informed business decisions and organizational effectiveness. The Hiring & Staffing team partners with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leaders to provide staffing governance, hiring analytics, workforce reporting, and operational support that enable workforce planning, hiring transparency, and strategic resource planning across GFCC.
Develop and maintain staffing and hiring reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze staffing and hiring data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to business partners.
Partner with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional teams to support staffing reporting and workforce initiatives.
Maintain accurate staffing, and organizational data, ensuring consistency across reporting tools and trackers.
Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, executive summaries, and presentations for leadership and business reviews.
Support audit, regulatory, and business requests by gathering, validating, and organizing staffing-related information.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality, and streamline workflows.
Document reporting processes and collaborate with partners to promote consistency and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in reporting, business operations, workforce management, staffing operations, analytics, or a related field.
Experience creating executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint Excel, and/or PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate meaningful insights.
Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, or operational metrics.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, and creating automated reports from large datasets.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hiring, staffing, workforce operations, or resource management.
Experience using reporting, collaboration, or workflow tools
Experience preparing executive reporting, dashboards, or business presentations.
Familiarity with audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience in financial services or a large, matrixed organization.
