Senota is a digital receipt and customer management app designed to help small business owners record, calculate, store, and share transactions — while building lasting relationships with their customers.
Create Digital Receipts Easily
Use the shopping calculator with a tape-style layout to calculate transactions easily. Add products, unit prices, quantities, discounts, or extra charges as needed. The line-by-line calculation makes it easy to review every item before completing a transaction.
Pick Items Instead of Typing Them
Build a product catalog with photos, prices, and discounts, organized into categories. Once your catalog is ready, pick items directly while creating a transaction instead of typing the same product details every time.
The more items you sell, the more time this saves you.
Track Stock Automatically
Set a stock quantity for any item in your catalog. Stock decreases automatically with every completed transaction, so you always know what's running low before you run out.
Save Transaction History
Each transaction can be saved as a digital receipt for future reference. Senota automatically generates receipt numbers based on the transaction date and daily sequence, making each transaction easy to identify. Once a payment is saved, the transaction is locked to help preserve the integrity of your transaction records.
See Your Sales at a Glance
Browse your transaction history in a calendar view, with a daily summary of how many transactions happened and what was sold. Spot busy days, slow days, and patterns in your business at a glance.
Cash and Cashless Payments
Record cash or cashless payment methods for each transaction.
For cash payments, Senota automatically calculates the change.
With payment information stored together with each transaction, your sales history is easier to review whenever you need it.
Share Receipts with Customers
Share digital receipts as text or images through WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and other apps.
A shared receipt can serve as proof of purchase while also providing a simple way to leave your business information with your customer.

Connect transactions with customers to view customer information and transaction history in one place. See the number of transactions, previously purchased items, total spending, and past purchases.

Your backup files are fully managed by you, giving you control over the data created and stored through Senota.
Free & Pro Versions (Freemium)
The app is free to use with some limitations. Pro features (for example, data backup, lock/hide files, custom receipt footer text) can be unlocked via an in-app purchase. The free version may display ads in the future as the app evolves.
Open the app and create a new transaction.
Add items: enter the name, unit price, and quantity. Attach an image if needed.
Review the total in the tape view.
(Optional) Link the transaction to a customer's name and phone number.
Record a CASH/CASHLESS payment and save it as a receipt.
Share as text or image, or save it for reference.
Does Senota require an internet connection?
No. All core features work offline. A connection is only needed to process in-app purchases.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Transaction and customer data are stored locally on your device unless you share or back them up yourself.
Can I recover deleted data?
Deleted data may not be recoverable. We strongly recommend backing up your data regularly.
I forgot my PIN. How do I unlock?
Use the recovery feature via the secret question you set when first enabling the lock. Make sure you remember the answer you used.
Why don't images appear?
Check that the original image file still exists on your device and has not been moved or deleted. Senota only keeps a reference to images you selected; it does not store a separate copy unless included in a backup.
How do I move my data to a new device?
Use the Backup feature on the old device to create a ZIP file, then use Restore to import it on the new device.
Why can't I edit a paid transaction?
Once a payment is saved, the transaction is permanently locked to keep records accurate. This is intentional, so history cannot be altered.
How do I unlock Pro features?
Open the Settings menu and choose the upgrade option. Purchases are processed through Google Play.
Deleting Your Data
All Senota data (receipts, customer contacts, item images, inventory, store settings) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers. You are always in full control of it, and you can delete it at any time using the steps below.
Delete a specific customer contact: Open the Contacts screen → select or long-press the contact you want to remove → choose "Delete."
Delete a specific receipt/transaction: Open the transaction list → long-press the file you want to remove → choose "Delete."
Delete all data at once: Uninstall Senota from your device. This permanently removes all data stored on the device, including receipts, customer contacts, item images, and store settings.
A note about backups: if you previously created a backup using Senota's Backup feature, that backup file (a .zip file) may still exist separately — either saved to a folder on your device, or shared to another app or cloud service (such as Google Drive, WhatsApp, or email) at the time you created it. Uninstalling Senota does not delete these backup files automatically. If you want your data fully removed, including any backups, you'll need to locate and delete those .zip files yourself from wherever you saved or shared them.
