By addressing each QADIM component, organizations can strengthen competitiveness, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve sustainable performance growth.

The Telegram Channel has been expanded into a proper digital platform.
Verified login is added so only UiTM students can access the system securely.

New features are added to improve the service experience:
• Rating system – allows users to evaluate personal shopper performance.
• Online payment – enables users to make cashless transactions.
• Personal shopper listing – displays available shoppers with profiles and charges.
• Inventory update – shows real-time availability of items.
• Live location – allows users to track delivery progress.
• Chatting – enables direct communication between users and shoppers.
• Notification – informs users about order status updates.
EMBED EXISTING PRODUCT INTO ANOTHER PRODUCT (1,3)
The communication feature from the Telegram Channel is retained:
• Community feedback space – allows students to share feedback and experiences.
COMBINE TWO PRODUCTS INTO ONE (2,1)
Functions from multiple technologies are combined into one system:
• Google Maps – provides delivery location tracking.
• Online banking – supports secure digital payments.
• QR Code – allows quick access to rating and verification.
• Email – sends receipts and supports login verification.
EXISTING PRODUCT (2,2)
Telegram Channel (UiTM College Community) is used as the original reference product.
SEPARATE EXISTING PRODUCT INTO TWO (2,3)
The system is divided to improve clarity and usability:
• Verified personal shopper selection – users choose shoppers based on reviews.
• Proper request form – ensures clear and structured order submission.
